Superstar of the violin, Vadim Gluzman has often been called “a Paganini of our time.” Gluzman brings a special program with pianist Janice Carissa. This concert navigates the waters of music history with J.S. Bach’s influence, including works from the Baroque and Romantic Eras, a virtuosic violin solo by Eugène Ysaÿe, and a remarkable composition by living composer Lera Auerbach.
